Our loan signing service includes document completion in a timely matter as well as notarization of documents, obtaining proper signatures, acquiring any information from Borrower required by lender/escrow and pick-up & delivery at a convenient location for Burrower and/or escrow, title or lender.

$125-$150 - 1st set of loan documents (purchase, refinance, etc)

$75 - 2nd set of loan documents, at same signing ONLY

$25 - printing of E-Docs (2 sets of same loan - 1 for lender/1 for Burrower)

***Document picked up and dropped off IN PERSON incur an extra fee***

***Travel fees are due regardless of whether a signing takes place***
